We purchased a home constructed by Built Right Custom Homes and have been very well satisfied by the whole process. The construction has been of a quality standard and we very much liked the idea of working with a small builder. We received individual attention during construction and after the settlement. Our questions are always answered promptly and we believe that we are receiving individual attention. The builder worked with us on a convenient settlement even though the house could have been ready at least 4 weeks before we moved. He then allowed us to move in on a pre-occupancy permit which allowed us to arrange a settlement date on our old property and the new residence. The house was so well constructed and it was clear the contractor cared about his work and wanted us to be satisfied. Two months after we moved in, he still comes by to see how we are doing. He is service oriented and both my wife and me are so pleased with the whole experience. This is the fourth new home we have owned and there is simply no comparison.

Workmanship
was excellent; Troy was willing to
work with me about
changes; he didn't gouge me about prices; he has been very willing to
come back and make corrections after the sale of the house (there have
been very few). He takes pride in doing a quality job! I would

Working
with Troy was truly a pleasure. I was a
buyer’s agent
but worked directly with Troy because he had the home listed with a
help-you-sell firm. He was always accessible and pleasant when I called
and kept me informed as things progressed. When we went under contract
he wanted the buyer’s phone number so that he could keep in
contact with her. That is not always a good thing but I am very glad
that she let me share her number with him. It worked out great for
everyone involved. When we did our punch list and had the home
inspection he was more than willing to do everything that we requested.
You could tell that his goal was to have a satisfied customer. I don't
know what else to say other than, the home is beautiful, my client is
thrilled and my job was stress free and that is a winning combination
in my book. I will look forward to working with Troy Warner in the
